Rules for using the public Dosiq website, contact forms and informational materials.

1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the public Dosiq website available at dosiq.pl, including contact forms, informational materials and features that allow you to request a product presentation.

The website operator is Patryk Warecki conducting business under the name “Patryk Warecki”, with an address for service at ul. Wiatraczna 29A lok. 61, 04-384 Warsaw, Poland, tax identification number 5213761257, REGON 366172513, e-mail: kontakt@dosiq.pl (“Dosiq”).

2. Website scope

The website is used in particular to:

  • present Dosiq services and features for salons;
  • provide materials, descriptions and educational content;
  • enable contact with Dosiq and requests for a presentation;
  • link to login, registration or other connected services.

The detailed rules for using the workspace, application, subscriptions and paid modules are set out in the Service Terms, where applicable.

3. Contact and forms

You should provide data that is true, current and yours, or have a valid basis for submitting another person’s data. The form must not be used to send unlawful content, confidential information that Dosiq does not need or special categories of personal data.

Submitting a form does not create an agreement to use Dosiq. An agreement may be concluded only under the terms of a separate document, offer, order or service terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the website lawfully, in accordance with good practice and its intended purpose. In particular, you must not:

  • disrupt the operation of the website, its infrastructure or forms;
  • bypass security, attempt unauthorized access or test vulnerabilities without permission;
  • provide content that infringes another person’s rights, personal interests or intellectual property;
  • use the website to automate downloads at a scale that disrupts its operation;
  • impersonate another person or entity.

Dosiq may restrict access where necessary for security, abuse prevention or infrastructure maintenance.

5. Content and intellectual property

Content, marks, materials, graphics, the website layout and software are protected by law. Unless stated otherwise, rights in them belong to Dosiq or its licensors.

You may use the content for your own purposes and within the limits of applicable law. Copying, public distribution, modification or commercial use requires a legal basis or prior permission from the rights holder.

6. Availability and liability

Dosiq takes reasonable steps to keep the website available and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or that content will always be complete or current for an individual user’s situation.

Website content is informational and is not legal, tax or medical advice or a guarantee of a particular result. Dosiq’s liability is governed by mandatory law and any separate agreement.

7. Personal data and cookies

The rules for personal-data processing are described in the Privacy Policy, and the rules for cookies and local storage in the Cookie Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may change when the website, services, law or contact methods change. The current version is published on this page. Changes do not affect rights acquired under agreements concluded before they take effect.
