Service scope

Dosiq Platform is a SaaS product for salons, including web workspace, mobile support and connected booking flows where enabled.

Access to selected features depends on the current subscription plan, enabled modules and the technical configuration of the workspace.

• STARTER, PRO and ELITE are publicly available for purchase at launch.
• Roadmap items and future modules may be communicated separately from live launch functionality.
• Some functions may require external integrations or compatible hardware.

Account and workspace

The customer is responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for granting access only to authorized staff members.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of salon, billing and scheduling data entered into the platform.

Billing and subscription

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan and the current billing configuration made available in Dosiq.

Plan changes, renewal, cancellation at period end and payment method management are handled through the available billing flow and connected payment provider.

• Trial access may be time-limited.
• Paid access may be restricted when payment remains overdue.
• Invoices and billing data depend on the active billing model configured for launch.

Acceptable use

The customer may not use the platform in a way that disrupts service availability, breaches security, or violates applicable law.

Dosiq may limit or suspend access in the event of abuse, fraud risk, unpaid balances or a serious security incident.

Support and complaints

Operational questions, complaints and access issues should be reported through the launch support channel used by Dosiq.
